MY MINISTERS
something I am not...
Now this is just my opinion, and I know there are a lot of brides and wedding coordinators who will disagree with me, but I truly believe, out of all the vendors you will work with for your wedding, the most important, is vendor has to be your minister. See, your minister can make or break your wedding. He or she could make it too long, too preachy, or he could just really not care who the hell you are and just perform a five minute ceremony and walk away.
Worse case scenarios which I have witnessed from other wedding companies: Your minister could not show up at all and the show could not go on. Hey if your photographer or florist didn't show up, even if your groom tore his pants, as long as the minister is there, there would be no curtain call for your wedding. If the minister is a no-show, all your plans are off. What's worse than that? You could find out that your minister is not ordained by the State of Hawaii and your wedding would not be legal! I remember I met a couple who found out ten years later that they were not legally married because their minister wasn't a real minister. Isn't that your worse nightmare!
So as you can see, your minister could make or break your wedding, and turn the best day of your life, into the worse time of your life.
But a great minister…an incrediblet minister would set the tone for your wedding. A great minister would know how to capture the feelings, the emotions of the day, and create a great wedding ceremony. A ceremony that would be romantic, entertaining, and tearful; lets just say as perfect as you can probably get.
As far as my ministers go, they past my rigorous litmus test of what a true minister should be: Honest, punctual, caring, loving, and most of all…ordained. I'm sure by now, you've seen my ministers perform their weddings on my video streams. If not, here's a link to them: http://www.dreamweddingshawaii.com/video.htm
