The Best Way to Plan A Hawaii Vow Renewal!
If you really want to score points with your loved one, the best way to plan your vow renewal is to make it a surprise! Now, you’re probably wondering, “Steve, how in the world do I make that happen?”
Well…
What we like to create is a very believable cover story, which is usually a photoshoot. If you tell your significant other you booked a family photoshoot on the beach, or a couple’s shoot, then that will pretty much guarantee they will dress up for the day. On the day of your surprise vow renewal, I’ll meet you as though we are doing a photoshoot, because – a photoshoot is a part of the package. And about 5 to 10 minutes in, we’ll break to them!
How you surprise the best person in your life is completely up to you. I’ve seen husbands go down on one knee and ask their wives to marry them all over again. Sometimes, we have our minister break the surprise by striking up a conversation with our couple as though he’s a random stranger. That’s always a fun one.
And while the surprise is happening, I’m there capturing it all on photos, and possibly video if you want. Video is tough to hide, though. But, there is a way!

Now, not all vow renewals have to be surprises. Sometimes, my clients who were married for decades, tied the knot in a courthouse, and wanted a real ceremony years later.
Whatever the case is, I can help. Here’s my package:
VOW RENEWAL PACKAGE
~ Ordained Minster
~ 30 minute photography coverage, 35 digital photos
~ Coordination Services
$552.50
We can always add more services if you want, but this is where it all starts.
HOW DO YOU GET STARTED?
Well, you have to contact me – that’s obvious. But if it’s a surprise, you need to be a little sneaky. You can call me, text me, sometimes the best way is to just email me – to keep this a surprise. To make things even easier, I made a form you can fill out so I can get hold of you. We’ll need to talk about logistics, location, and of course, what you want to do. We can do that through email. And, when the coast is clear, you can give me a call.
Paying can get a little tricky, too, if you share credit cards. Some of my clients bought a Visa debit card, loaded it up with money, and then issued me my down payment through that card. There are all different ways to do this.
Here’s the form. I look forward to talking:
Oh, if you want to just call me, my number is (808) 479-0685 and my email is info@dreamweddingshawaii.com
My preference? A phone call. I love to talk on the phone to get to know my clients.
